THE NEW PIZZERIA OF QUARK HOTEL IS OPEN
We are delighted to present you the new pizzera of Quark Hotel!
For us, who are 100% Italian, pizza is a must, a timeless classic that cannot miss at the table.
We've been working for a while to develop this new food proposal and now we are finally ready to make you taste this delicious Italian Classic at bar Tonico.
From the classic"margherita" to the "verace" or the "bufalina", up to the focaccia with oregano, our pizzas are prepared with selected products of the highest quality. There are cherry tomatoes from San Marzano, olives from Gaeta, fior di latte and buffalo mozzarella from Campania, mortadella strictly from Bologna, burrata from Andria and an excellent EVO oil.
You can enjoy it at our Veranda or you can order it directly from your room thanks to the "To Take" formula.
