  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

  • Is it possible to request an early check-in or late check-out?
    Yes, early check-in and late check-out may be requested either at the time of booking or during the stay. Confirmation is subject to availability, and a supplement may apply for late check-out.

  • Is luggage storage available for early arrivals or late departures?
    Yes, the hotel provides a luggage storage service for arriving and departing guests. This service is complimentary for individual guests.

  • Is there a garage or parking available? What is the cost?
    The hotel offers 80 outdoor parking spaces and 60 indoor parking spaces with controlled access, located in front of the hotel, at a rate of €10 per day.

  • Is it possible to rent vehicles directly at the hotel?
    Yes, electric scooters and e-bikes are available for rent at the Reception.
    In addition, guests who book directly with the hotel can benefit from a special taxi fare reimbursement promotion. Further details are available in the OFFERS and MOBILITY sections of our website.
    Quark Hotel Milan is an official partner of Enjoy. Dedicated parking spaces for Enjoy electric vehicles are available on site for parking an already rented car at no additional cost. Until the service update, guests could also book and collect an Enjoy car directly at the Reception. From mid-January, it is no longer possible to drop off or pick up an Enjoy vehicle at the hotel; the service is available only at designated hubs located away from the hotel.

  • Are pets allowed? Is there a size limit or additional cost?
    Pet-friendly hotel: pets of any size are welcome. A €15 supplement applies. Pets are not allowed in restaurant areas or in the swimming pool. Assistance animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.

  • Is there entertainment for children?
    At present, no children’s entertainment services are available.

  • Do you organize tours?
    No, the hotel does not organize tours.

  • What services are included in the base B&B rate?
    The base room rate includes overnight accommodation and breakfast.

    Yes, Junior, Apartment, and Suite room types all feature a spacious balcony.

    All rooms are equipped with walk-in showers. Studio rooms, located on the 5th floor, feature a bathtub.

  • Are family rooms or connecting rooms available?
    The hotel does not offer connecting rooms; however, we do provide rooms of different sizes, accommodating up to 5 guests.

  • Are baby cots/cribs available? Is there an extra charge?
    Yes, baby cots are available free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years.

  • What is the maximum number of guests per room?
    Occupancy varies by room type:

    • Apartments: up to 5 guests

    • Suites: up to 4 guests

    • Superior Rooms: up to 2 guests

    No, the hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the available balconies.

    All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs; however, access to personal streaming accounts is not available.

    The hotel features one à la carte restaurant for dinner service and a lounge bar area dedicated to lunch.

  • What are the restaurant opening hours?
    Tonico Lounge Bar: open from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm (pizza service also available in the evening).
    Morbido Restaurant: open from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

  • What time is breakfast served?
    Breakfast is served at La Veranda from 7:00 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on weekends.

  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?
    Breakfast inclusion depends on the rate booked.

  • Is the restaurant service buffet or à la carte?
    Breakfast is served buffet-style, while lunch and dinner are à la carte.
    The culinary offering at Quark Hotel Milano is curated by Michelin-starred chef Andrea Ribaldone.
    A modern “grab & go” corner is also available 24/7.

  • Are beverages included in half board or full board services?
    No, beverages are always excluded from meal plans.

  • Do you offer gluten-free menus?
    Yes, upon request, preferably made in advance.

  • Do you offer vegetarian and vegan menus?
    Yes, our restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as options that can be adapted to meet these requirements.

  • Does the hotel have an indoor or outdoor swimming pool?
    The hotel offers two outdoor swimming pools: one for adults and one dedicated to children.

    The pools are open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Is a swimming cap required?
    No, wearing a swimming cap is not mandatory.

  • Are pool towels provided? Is there an extra charge?

    The hotel is easily accessible by metro and bus:

    Unless otherwise stated, the room rate includes:

    Yes, €10 per adult per day. Children under 18 years are exempt.

  • Which credit cards are accepted?
    All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro.

  • Up to what age do children stay for free?

    • 0–3 years: stay is free with breakfast included

    • 3–11 years: breakfast is charged at 50%

    • 12 years and older: considered adults
